Born and raised in California, Zachary has lived and worked in Italy, China, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the UAE. His diverse experiences have shaped his unique coaching methods, focusing on the art of storytelling to create lasting impressions and connect deeply with audiences from various cultural backgrounds and ages.

 

Zachary has developed pioneering workshops for companies like Google and universities including Columbia University that harness the transformative power of communication through improvisation. His innovative tools and methodologies have unleashed creativity, built confidence, and fostered meaningful connections for countless individuals and teams, positively impacting the trajectory of both their personal and professional lives. 

 

Prior to the Unscripted series, Zachary worked on several sustainability initiatives, facilitating collaboration between the UAE government, private sector, and NGOs to advance the green economy. He served as the official spokesperson for Climate Call at the United Nations Conference of Parties (COP28).
